Paper round-up: Mourinho tipped to move for Lloris

Jose Mourinho is being tipped to target Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

The former Spurs boss recently took over at Roma and is apparently keen to sign a new keeper for the Italian club.

The Sun have picked up on reports suggesting that Mourinho will look to do a deal for Lloris this summer.

The Daily Mirror reports that Tottenham will confirm the appointment of Fabio Paratici as director of football this week.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have offered Leeds United the chance to sign Eddie Nketiah, according to The Sun.

It comes amid reports that the Gunners are ready to sell Nketiah, who previously had a loan spell at Elland Road.

The Sun say Arsenal have told the Yorkshire club they can sign Nketiah for £20m this summer.

The Daily Mail say Arsenal have made an approach for Ruben Neves and could sign the Wolves midfielder for £34m.

The Mail also reports that Newcastle are keen to sign Arsenal’s William Saliba on loan, while the Daily Mirror reports that Arsenal are considering extending Matteo Guendouzi’s contract despite his future remaining uncertain.

The Daily Express have picked on reports that a number of clubs are showing an interest in Gunners keeper Bernd Leno.

And The Sun declare that Borussia Dortmund apparently slapping a £172m price tag on Erling Haaland is a “major transfer blow for Chelsea, who are among clubs to have been linked with the striker.
