QPR have offered striker Aramide Oteh a new contract.
West London Sport reports that Rangers have offered the 19-year-old a two-year extension to his current contract, which is due to expire next summer.
West London Sport reports that the club have an option to extend his current deal by 12 months but are keen to cement his long-term future at Loftus Road and want to tie him to a contract until 2021.
Oten was picked up by the R’s after being released by Tottenham in 2017.
He initially moved to west London on a work experience loan deal from Spurs, who later released him.
Oteh scored on his QPR debut in a win at Burton and has made six first-team appearances for them in total.
He is set to follow Ebere Eze in signing a new deal at the club.
Eze, who impressed last season, signed a three-year deal this summer.
And Eze has been praised by manager Steve McClaren for the way he has adapted to playing on the wing in recent matches.
The new role involves much more defensive work for Eze, who is more familiar with playing in the number 10 role.
“Eze has great talent but he did great work off the ball in terms of helping the team defend,” McClaren said.
“We’re asking him to do that and it’s important that he does that in terms of his development.”
