Two in and two heading out at QPR as Warburton revamps squad

Two players could be on their way out of QPR as new boss Mark Warburton revamps the squad for next season.

West London Sport reports that Warburton is looking to tie up deals for Liam Kelly and Lee Wallace and that Matt Ingram will be sold to make room for keeper Kelly.

Ingram has failed to impress for the R’s and the expected arrival of Livingston stopper Kelly means it looks like the end of the road in west London for the former Wycombe man.

West London Sport say QPR want Kelly, 23, to compete with Joe Lumley and plan to again loan out Seny Dieng.

Out-of-contract keeper Dieng, who has been offered a new deal, spent the second half of last season on loan at Scottish club Dundee.

And London Football News understands that Matt Smith could be another player on his way out of Loftus Road.

Target man Smith has a year remaining on his contract but Warburton generally prefers more mobile strikers and the former Fulham player looks set to move on.

Kelly, meanwhile, played under Warburton at Glasgow Rangers, as did left-back Wallace, who is leaving Ibrox on a free transfer.

Both look like decent signings by the new manager, who took over last month.
