QPR manager Ian Holloway has dropped a major hint that senior players are on the way out of Loftus Road.
The likes of Nedum Onuoha, Jamie Mackie, Jack Robinson and James Perch are coming to the final stages of their contracts at the club.
And Holloway has suggested that decisions on the futures of some players have already been taken, West London Sport reports.
Holloway said: “I’m going to have to make some really tough decisions.
“With some of them I have already done, but we’ll make some announcements on that.
“We have to try to move forward as a club. I’m paid to do that.”
Holloway was speaking after Rangers’ defeat at Reading, where they lost 1-0 despite dominating the game. Jake Bidwell had a penalty saved in injury time.
“Some of the performance was excellent, but you don’t win games if you don’t take your chances – and that was probably the absolute classic of it today,” Holloway said.
“Who was the home team? Who was the away team? Last year when I came here it was like the Alamo the other way around, whereas today we should not have lost that game with the chances we had.”
