QPR are set to offer Josh Bowler a new contract amid interest in the youngster from Everton, West London Sport reports.
Everton have made an improved offer for the 18-year-old winger after having an initial bid rejected.
West London Sport reports that Rangers are ready to offer Bowler the chance to extend his contract but are ready to sell if he does not agree to commit his future to the club.
He is under contract at Loftus Road until the summer of 2018, having signed an 18-month deal in February this year.
West London Sport say Rangers have been tempted by Everton’s offer and that the Merseyside club would be able offer Bowler significantly higher wages, so there remains a strong possibility that he could move.
Meanwhile, Get West London have linked the R’s left-back Jake Bidwell with Nottingham Forest.
They say there are “reports on social media” that Forest boss Mark Warburton wants to sign Bidwell, who previously played under him at Brentford.
It has led Get West London to declare that Bidwell is “seen as the ideal candidate” to move to the City Ground this summer.
Get West London also say there are rumours Yeni Ngbakoto is unsettled at QPR and that Toulouse are among French clubs interested in signing him.
Get West London say Rangers would want to recoup the fee they paid Metz for him last summer if he is surplus to requirements at Loftus Road.
Ngbakoto, who was hampered by injuries last season and suffered a bereavement when his father passed away, recently posted on Instagram that he was looking to return to Rangers stronger after the summer break.
Get West London have also recently linked with R’s with Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham and 41-year-old keeper Shay Given, and linked Conor Washington with a possible move to Birmingham after fans’ website Vital Birmingham City published an article asking whether Washington might be the kind of forward who might succeed at St Andrews.
