QPR could have both Jack Robinson and Josh Scowen back for Friday’s game at Reading.
West London Sport reports that Robinson has returned to full training ahead of the game at the Madejski Stadium.
He has missed Rangers’ last two matches after picking up a thigh injury during the win against Sunderland.
Meanwhile, Scowen has been passed fit for Friday’s game and hopes to return to the side.
The midfielder missed the recent 2-2 draw at Fulham, where Ryan Manning played in his place.
Manning was recalled for the previous game, against Aston Villa, in place of the suspended Luke Freeman.
Irish youngster Manning has impressed, but Scowen is hoping to get his place back at the Madejski Stadium.
“It’s good to have competition for places,” Scowen told QPR’s website.
“It keeps you on your toes and it can only make you improve, and it makes those wanting to get into the side ahead of you improve as well.
“The lads who have come in recently did very well but I am hoping I can get my place back in the side for Friday, we’ll have to wait and see.”
Scowen missed the Fulham game after being taken ill on the eve of the match.
He was initially suspected as having appendicitis but it turned out to be a viral infection. He has since returned to training.
“It wasn’t nice to hear I had suspected appendicitis but thankfully it wasn’t that and I’m fit now and ready to go on Friday,” he said.
