Steve McClaren will choose between Josh Scowen and Jordan Cousins for QPR’s game at Stoke City today.
Rangers manager McClaren will be without on-loan Stoke midfielder Geoff Cameron, who cannot play against his parent club.
It will mean a return to the side for Scowen or Cousins, both of whom have seen plenty of first-team action this season.
“With Cameron missing out we are going to use someone else,” McClaren told QPR’s website.
“Josh and Jordan have all played there and we have gone on to get positive results.
“So we will have to make what is a tough decision as both of them are good players and are doing well.
“We will miss Geoff but it’s a squad game and people have to be ready to do the job and I’m confident they will be.”
On-loan striker Tomer Hemed has been passed fit after missing Rangers’ past three games because of a niggling groin problem.
He has since been on international duty with Israel and has trained fully since his return to London.
McClaren said: “Hemed has come back fitter he played a little bit for Israel and has trained with us so he comes back into the squad, which has been a huge help.”
