QPR are set to sell Tjaronn Chery after he asked to leave the club, West London Sport report.
Chery, 28, has not featured in Rangers’ recent matches and appears to have played his final match for them.
He was not involved in Monday’s 2-1 victory against Ipswich at Loftus Road, where Pawel Wszolek scored a late Rangers winner for the second game running.
It was a further boost for the R’s following a recent run of six consecutive defeats.
And manager Ian Holloway is now keen to make changes during this month’s transfer window.
Chery is on his way out, while Holloway wants to bring a number of players in.
Speaking to reporters after the Ipswich game, Holloway said: “The window’s massive for us and now people have seen us win two games they might actually want to come here instead of thinking ‘Do I want to go into a dressing room like that?’
“No-one likes to have a terrible run like that. It’s a horrible feeling and I felt so down, but I never showed the lads because what they were producing at times was quite promising but they were getting nothing.
“We’ve got to see fight here – and we saw that again today. Now I can have a look at things and see what’s right for us.
“Bits and pieces might not look the best at the moment but it feels so much nicer now.”
