Crystal Palace and Celtic are interested in QPR youngster Ryan Manning, according to Football Insider.
The website reports that a ‘well placed source’ says Celtic have been keeping a close eye on the midfielder and that there is also interest from Palace.
The 21-year-old, who joined QPR from Galway United in 2015, has impressed when given a chance in the first team.
He emerged last season and has had to bide his time this term because of the form of midfield trio Josh Scowen, Massimo Luongo and Luke Freeman.
But he has scored twice since returning to the side – including when he surged past former Chelsea skipper John Terry to head home during QPR’s recent win at Aston Villa.
Meanwhile, QPR are giving a trial to Arsenal youngster Chiori Johnson.
West London Sport reports that Rangers are having a look at the 20-year-old right-back along with Henry Ochieng.
Johnson recently had a trial with Blackburn Rovers and is looking to rebuild his career following a long-term knee injury. He can also play at left-back or as a central defender.
Midfielder Ochieng, 19, was previously on West Ham’s books and joined the R’s on trial a couple of weeks ago.
Ochieng is looking for a new club after leaving Leyton Orient.
