Paper round-up: Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal and Newcastle eyeing Scotland star

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is open to a move amid interest from Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.

The Mail say Newcastle are also interested in the Scotland international and that Bournemouth face a battle to keep him.

The Cherries are keen for Fraser to sign a new deal but the 25-year-old seems determined to move on.

Meanwhile, Chelsea and Arsenal have been joined by Liverpool in a race to sign Ajax forward David Neres, according to The Sun.

Tottenham are set to battle Arsenal to sign Ajax’s Donny van de Beek in the summer, also according to The Sun.

Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has again turned down the chance to take over as Fulham manager, according to the Mail.

The Mail also say Kurt Zouma will spend pre-season with Chelsea despite Everton wanting to sign him on a permanent deal following his loan spell at Goodison Park.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Steve Bruce wants to sign on-loan Chelsea defender Michael Hector for £3m, the Daily Mirror say.

Tottenham will battle with Everton for the signing of Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso, The Sun claim.

Arsenal want Lille winger Nicolas Pepe but his £69m price tag could be a stumbling block, The Sun also say.

And Arsenal have been linked with a move for £21m-rated Sao Paolo youngster Antony, the Mirror reports.
