Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been passed fit to start for Crystal Palace in their first match under new manager Roy Hodgson.
On-loan Chelsea midfielder Loftus-Cheek has recovered from a recent injury, as has James Tomkins, who is among the Palace substitutes.
Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk is among their substitutes. The visitors are without Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who is unavailable following the birth of his daughter.
