Alan Pardew would expect £5m in compensation if he is sacked as Crystal Palace manager, according to The Times.
Pardew reportedly faces the axe if the Eagles lose against his former club Southampton on Saturday.
It is claimed that a long-term contract he signed in the summer means Pardew would be in line for a big pay-off if he loses his job.
There has been speculation about Pardew’s future, particularly since Saturday’s incredible 5-4 defeat at Swansea.
Meanwhile, Southampton want to sign Tottenham defender Kevin Wimmer, The Sun reports.
The Sun say Southampton are planning to move for him because they expect to lose centre-backs Virgil van Dijk and Jose Fonte to Liverpool and Manchester United respectively.
Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach also said to be keen on on Wimmer, who The Sun say is rated at £6m.
Speculation continues over the future of John Terry, with the Daily Mail suggesting that Antonio Conte plans to phase out the Chelsea captain during the next two transfer windows.
Blues boss Conte wants to sign defenders, with Juventus’ Leonardo Bonucci and Roma’s Antonio Rudiger among those being targeted, the Mail say.
The Daily Star have picked up on reports in Spain suggesting that Arsenal are keen on Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente, who is on loan at Deportivo Alaves.
And West Ham are preparing a big-money bid for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, the Guardian say.
It is claimed the Hammers are planning to offer up to £25m for the 24-year-old, who has returned to action following injury.
