Palace tell Everton what they want for Zaha

Crystal Palace reportedly want £60m – most of it up front – from Everton for Wilfried Zaha.

Zaha has been linked with several clubs this summer, including Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea, and is now being heavily linked with a move to Goodison Park.

But reports suggest Palace are digging in and refusing to part with the Ivory Coast international unless their valuation is met.

The Daily Mail say Palace have snubbed an offer from Everton in the region of £52m and are holding out for more money.

The Daily Mirror say Everton offered £50m and that Palace want £60m and are unhappy with the way the Merseyside club are looking to structure the deal.

According to the Mirror, Everton were looking to pay the fee over a five-year period whereas Palace want most of the cash up front.

Meanwhile, Brentford forward Ollie Watkins is being touted as a possible replacement for Zaha at Selhurst Park.

The Mail say Palace are looking to offer the Bees striker Alexander Sorloth in a cash-plus-player deal.

Sorloth, who has struggled for the Eagles, previously played for Danish club FC Midtjylland, which is owned by Brentford owner Matthew Benham.
