Lucas Moura will be missing for Tottenham in the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg against Chelsea.

Moura picked up a knee injury in Friday’s 7-0 win at Tranmere in the FA Cup and will play no part in the London derby.

Erik Lamela has recovered from illness, but Eric Dier (appendicitis) and Victor Wanyama (knee) are still out along with Mousa Dembele (ankle) and Jan Vertonghen (groin).

Provisional squad: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Aurier, Sanchez, Rose, Winks, Eriksen, Son, Kane, Gazzaniga, Davies, Walker-Peters, Foyth, Sissoko, Skipp, Lamela, Alli, Llorente.

Pedro, Olivier Giroud and Willian could return from injury for Chelsea if they come through fitness tests.

Willian, Pedro (both hamstring) and Giroud (ankle) have been absent of late but could feature in the squad as Maurizio Sarri returns to his first-choice line-up.

Mateo Kovacic was ill for Saturday’s FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest, so could return, but Ruben Loftus-Cheek (back) is out and Cesc Fabregas is expected to move to Monaco in the near future.

Provisional squad: Kepa, Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Jorginho, Kante, Barkley, Hazard, Pedro, Kovacic, Hudson-Odoi, Giroud, Zappacosta, Willian, Christensen, Azpilicueta, Morata, Luiz, Emerson Palmieri, Ampadu, Hudson-Odoi.
