Milan reportedly eyeing deal to sign another Chelsea youngster

AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea youngster Valentino Livramento.

The Italian club are on the verge of completing a deal to sign central defender Fikayo Tomori on a permanent basis.

Tomori impressed after moving to the San Siro on loan from Chelsea and Milan will take up their option to buy him.

And Goal.com Milan have also expressed an interest in the highly-rated Livramento, who could also be on the move.

Livramento, a talented right-sided player, is well regarded at Chelsea, but with Reece James establishing himself as a key player, the academy prospect might need to go elsewhere in order to play first-team football.

Tariq Lamptey left Chelsea to join Brighton because he faced similarly tough competition for a place at Stamford Bridge and there has been speculation that Livramento could also depart.

Goal.com say Chelsea would nevertheless be reluctant to part with Livramento, who was named the club’s academy player of the year for last season.

A number of other clubs are said to have shown an interest in him and there is no doubt that Championship sides in England would be interested if he were available for a loan move next season.
