Former Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho has again been linked with a potential move to Chelsea as a replacement for Eden Hazard.
There continues to be speculation over the future of Blues star Hazard, who this week told French radio station RMC he had made a decision on his future.
Hazard, who has been outstanding this season, said: “I know what I’m going to do. I have decided.”
That inevitably led to reports that Hazard, whose Chelsea contract expires next year, is set to leave Stamford Bridge for Real Madrid in the summer. He is expected to tell the Blues he wants to go.
He has repeatedly been linked with Real and has made no secret of his desire to play for the Spanish club.
The Independent suggest Chelsea are preparing for his exit and are monitoring Coutinho’s situation at Barcelona.
The Daily Mail, meanwhile, say Isco or even Marco Asensio could be offered to Chelsea by Real as part of an exchange deal involving Hazard.
But The Sun claim Hazard’s move to Real is far from certain because the La Liga giants could target Neymar instead.
It is claimed that Real could be willing to pay Paris St-Germain £200m for Brazilian superstar Neymar rather than buy Hazard.
