Charlton Athletic forward Karlan Ahearne-Grant has joined League Two side Crawley Town on loan until the end of the season.
The Greenwich-born 20-year-old has played 69 times for the Addicks since making his debut against Norwich in September 2014, although only 43 of these have been from the bench.
He has scored seven goals in that time, most recently in the EFL Trophy defeat by Oxford United earlier this month.
Ahearne-Grant has been part of the set-up at Charlton since he was 12 years old and also had a loan spell at Cambridge United two years ago.
He has played for England at under-17, under-18 and under-19 level.
Crawley head coach Harry Kewell told his club’s website: “I’m delighted to welcome Karlan to the club.
“He is an athletic, attacking midfielder with an eye for goal who has got lots of Championship and League One experience already under his belt.
“With 16 games left this season there is a lot for us to play for and I feel Karlan can be a big part in what we are trying to achieve between now and the end of the season.”
