QPR could be without Tomer Hemed for Saturday’s west London derby against Brentford.
Geoff Cameron, who missed the recent 1-0 defeat at Blackburn Rovers, has been passed fit to return following a hamstring strain.
But on-loan striker Hemed, who has made a major impact for the R’s since arriving from Brighton, could miss out this weekend.
Israel international Hemed missed the Blackburn game with a groin problem and faces a late fitness test ahead of the match against the Bees at Loftus Road.
The loss at Blackburn ended a five-match unbeaten run and Rangers boss Steve McClaren is keen for his team to bounce back strongly.
“It’s all about how you react,” McClaren told his club’s website ahead of the game.
“How the team reacts, how the club reacts. We experienced a few of them early in the season and we have always tried to stay calm and be consistent in terms of our approach. We will continue to do that.
“We need a reaction and we want them to show a willingness in their approach.
“We want to get back to winning ways and to do that they will have to do their jobs individually.”
