Lucas Moura has said he is unhappy at Paris St-Germain.
Tottenham are interested in the 25-year-old winger and have been monitoring developments ahead of the transfer deadline.
Arsenal have also been linked with Moura, with a number of UK newspapers claiming that there is a bidding war between the two north London clubs. Manchester United have also been linked with him.
The Daily Express, for example, claim Arsenal initially wanted him on loan but are now discussing a potential £35m deal to sign him on a permanent basis.
There have been doubts over Moura’s future for some time, with the player very much out of favour.
He has made just six appearances this season for PSG, who are believed to be willing to sell him during the current transfer window.
Moura has told French publication L’Equipe that he is unhappy at the club – and seemingly suggested that his future lies elsewhere.
“It is a brutal blow,” he has been quoted as saying.
“I am gutted that I’m no longer playing, to no longer be able to express myself as I was doing before.
“I am not happy. I thought I had built something solid with this club, but that is clearly not the case.”
