Arsenal have narrowed down their shortlist of candidates to succeed Arsene Wenger, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The Telegraph say Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri and former Gunners captains Mikel Arteta and Patrick Vieira are the men under serious consideration.
The newspaper also say Arsenal remain unsure whether to appoint an established manager or a younger candidate in more of a head coach role.
Meanwhile, there continues to be speculation over the future of Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere.
The Daily Mirror now say Wilshere is set to stay after being offered a new three-year contract with the option of a further 12 months.
West Ham have checked on Anderlecht’s Belgium international Leander Dendoncker but are not sure he is worth the £18m asking price, the Daily Mail say.
The Mail also say promoted Cardiff City are interested in Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur.
The Mirror claim French club Paris St-Germain are competing with Tottenham for the signing of Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon.
Manchester United and Manchester City are among the other clubs to have been linked with teenager Sessegnon in the last year or so.
And former England boss Steve McClaren is being widely tipped to replace Ian Holloway as QPR manager.
