Liverpool boss Klopp says he hopes Arsenal cannot maintain superb form

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he hopes Arsenal are unable to produce the kind of performance they have been doing when they face his side at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

After a losing start under new boss Unai Emery, the Gunners have been in excellent form – and this weekend’s game is seen as an important test of their credentials.

“Unai Emery had a big task to come in after Arsene Wenger who was here for 50 years!” Klopp joked.

He added: “He (Emery) did brilliantly after tough start.

“It will be a very interesting match for sure. They are organised, clear planned, with good counter-attacks, they do quick outstanding plays small spaces.”
