Tottenham and Arsenal are both interested in Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen, according to reports.
The 22-year-old Danish centre-back has caught the eye with his impressive performances in Italy and has been linked with several clubs in recent months.
Sport Mediaset say Spurs are keen on the player but would have to be willing to make a sizeable bid, with the Sampdoria hierarchy apparently reluctant to consider offers of less than €30m (around £26.3m) when the transfer window reopens in January.
Meanwhile, FC Inter News has suggested Arsenal are also among clubs interested in the player.
It is claimed that Inter Milan want him but face competition from a number of other clubs, including the Gunners.
Andersen has earned rave reviews for his performances since arriving in Italy from Dutch club FC Twente last year.
He spent four years in the Netherlands and established himself as one of Denmark’s brightest prospects.
There has been speculation in Italy that he could move to the Premier League either in January or next summer.
He does, however, have three years remaining on his contract at Sampdoria, who have indicated that they are not looking to sell him any time soon.
