Arsenal will go head to head with Barcelona in a battle to sign Polish youngster Sebastian Walukiewicz, the Daily Mirror claim.
It comes after the 18-year-old Pogoń Szczecin centre-back, who has recently been linked with the Gunners, was also linked with a possible move to Barca.
The Mirror say he is on the radar of Arsenal’s recruitment chief Sven Mislentat, who is apparently keen to take him to the Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, Tottenham have been warned that their new stadium may not be ready until March, according to The Times.
The newspaper say there are further problems at the newly-built side, which Spurs hoped to move into in August.
Contractors on the project are reportedly working towards two different opening dates: the game against Manchester United on January 13 and the derby with Arsenal on March 2.
The Times say building companies involved believe the latter date is more realistic.
Chelsea are set to sign Borussia Dortmund’s United States winger Christian Pulisic, according to reports.
The Daily Mail say Chelsea have won a race to sign him and that the Blues want the deal to go through in January.
And the Mail say new Fulham manager Claudio Ranieri impressed the club’s board by pinpointing where he felt the problems in the team were and how they could be improved.
