Conte: Chelsea will be ready for Arsenal

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says he has no concerns about his players’ physical condition and will not think about the FA Cup final until the Premier League title is won.

The Blues will wrap up their second championship victory in three seasons if they win one of their three remaining league matches.

Friday brings the first opportunity when Conte’s side travel to face West Brom at The Hawthorns, with home games against Watford and Sunderland to follow in the final week of the season.

“The most important thing is to win, take these three points, and then to prepare the future,” Conte said at a press conference ahead of the Albion game.

“I’m not worried about the physical condition. I’m not worried for our shape. We always worked a lot, and for this reason the shape is good.

“It’s important to take these three points and win the title, and then we have the possibility to face these two games and find the right solution before we play the FA Cup.”

And the Italian does not care if the club’s fifth Premier League title success is clinched away from Stamford Bridge.

“Honestly, I’d prefer to win it as soon as possible,” Conte said. “It’s not important where you win it. It’s important to win.

“Then you have the time to celebrate the win where you want.

“Tomorrow’s game is the most important game for us, a final, and we are always thinking in this way. We have been for a long time.

“We must continue to think in this way. West Brom are a really strong team. We have a lot of respect for them. They played in Stamford Bridge in the first game a great match against us. We must pay great attention.”
