Danny Welbeck, who has also been passed fit after injury, is among Arsenal’s substitutes.
Tottenham are without the injured Toby Alderweireld but are boosted by the return of goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, who is fit to play following a groin problem.
Harry Kane and Dele Alli start, having not been involved for England. Neither was Harry Winks, who is among the Spurs substitutes.
