Arsenal are ready to sell Mohamed Elneny and Leicester City are interested in a potential deal, according to reports.
The Sun say Gunners boss Unai Emery wants to sign Villarreal midfielder Pablo Fornals in January and that Arsenal are ready to offload Elneny in order to finance the deal.
Fornals, 22, reportedly has a £17.8m release clause in his contract and former Sevilla boss Emery is said to be keen to take him to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal are reportedly ready to meet the release clause in order to snap up the Spain international.
Fornals, who previously played for Malaga and has two Spain caps, is among a host of players Arsenal have been linked with ahead of the January transfer window.
Emery is apparently willing to let Elneny move on after the Egyptian midfielder fell out of favour under the new boss.
Elneny was well regarded by former manager Arsene Wenger but has not made a Premier League appearance for the club since Emery took over during the summer.
Arsenal are ready to sell him if they receive an offer in the region of £15m, The Sun say.
And the Daily Mirror suggest Leicester are interested in signing Elneny when the transfer window reopens.
