Swansea City have agreed a deal to sign Tammy Abraham on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
Newcastle were on the verge of clinching the loan signing of the 19-year-old striker, who enjoyed a prolific season on loan at Bristol City last term.
Brighton were also keen on Abraham, who scored 23 goals in 40 appearances for Bristol City.
He worked with Paul Clement when the Swansea manager was a coach at Chelsea.
