Jack Clarke has completed a loan move to QPR from Tottenham – and could make his debut against Leeds United on Saturday.
Clarke, 19, had limited game time for Marcelo Bielsa’s side after rejoining them on loan in the summer.
The youngster had left Elland Road to join Spurs, who recalled him from his season-long deal back at Leeds and have sent him to west London on loan for the rest of the season.
Leeds visit Loftus Road this weekend, so Clarke could feature against his boyhood club.
“You couldn’t write it, could you? I am just excited to get going and to kick-start things with my new team,” Clarke told QPR’s website.
“I am delighted and looking forward to getting started. Hopefully I can kick on and help the team.
“I like to create chances, take people on, I’m very direct with the ball and love running with it.”
Rangers boss Mark Warburton said: “Whenever you take a young player you have a responsibility – some work, some don’t, nobody has a crystal ball.
“Certainly the London location, our attacking style of play and having a number of young players developing in the team has made us a good proposition and long may that continue.”
