The Brazilian has not made a Premier League appearance since October and his contract at Old Trafford expires at the end of the season.
He has reportedly rejected the offer of a new three-year deal at United and looks set to move on.
Meanwhile, The Sun on Sunday say Arsenal want Boca Juniors winger Cristian Pavon but that he will cost £40m.
The Sun on Sunday have also picked up on reports linking Arsenal with Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez, who has also been linked with Chelsea.
The Mail on Sunday say Chelsea will sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund and suggest it could lead to youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi being sold.
Also according to the Mail on Sunday, Fulham are to compete with Cardiff City for the signing of Nantes striker Emiliano Sala and with Newcastle for Jablonec’s Czech Republic midfielder Michal Travnik.
And the Sunday Times reports that London Stadium owners the London Legacy Development Corporation predict that the legal costs of its disputes with West Ham will total £5m over three years.
