Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson expects to have Wilfried Zaha in his squad for next season.
The former Manchester United winger played a major role in keeping Palace in the Premier League this season, leading to speculation about his future.
Tottenham previously expressed an interest in Zaha and have been tipped to make a move for him this summer.
Chelsea have also been linked with Zaha, who is under contract at Selhurst Park until 2022.
But Hodgson believes the player will stay.
Hodgson said at a press conference on Friday: “This is where he belongs. This is his club. He knows how much we and the fans value him.
“I don’t blame other clubs for coveting him. He is ours and I still believe he will be when the season begins.”
Ex-England boss Hodgson also insisted he would pick Ruben Loftus-Cheek for this summer’s World Cup.
The midfielder has impressed for Palace on loan from Chelsea this season and is back in action after injury.
Hodgson said: “I don’t wish to suggest anybody to Gareth Southgate, because it’s his decision alone, and I don’t want to be seen to be pushing any player towards him.
“(But) if it was a much more specific question; if it was me selecting the squad, would I find a place for him in the squad? I would.”
