Tottenham have been linked with Liverpool striker Divock Origi.

The Daily Telegraph say Liverpool could be willing to sell Origi before next week’s transfer deadline and that Spurs might be interested in the Belgian.

It is also suggested that Anderlecht would be interested in taking him back to Belgium on loan.

The Telegraph also claim Chelsea will look to beat Tottenham to the signing of Ross Barkley by speaking to the Everton hierarchy after this weekend’s game at Stamford Bridge.

The champions host Everton on Sunday and the Telegraph say it will be the “perfect opportunity” for the two clubs to discuss a potential deal.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror say Crystal Palace are not giving up on Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho.

Liverpool are reported to want £30m for the Frenchman, who impressed while on loan with Palace last season.

Eagles boss Frank de Boer has suggested that his club have been priced out of the race to sign Sakho and are now not pursuing a deal.

But the Mirror say Palace are still trying and will make a final offer ahead of next week’s deadline.

Palace are also keen on Southampton striker Shane Long, the Mirror say.

And The Sun say Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has rejected a £180,000-a-week deal at Arsenal and hopes to join Chelsea.
