Tottenham and West Ham have again been linked with Lazio’s Keita Balde after he reacted angrily to being left out for the Italian Super Cup.

The 22-year-old forward, who has been linked with several clubs, was reportedly axed after angling for a move to Juventus.

He posted on Twitter that the decision “profoundly hurt” and put him “in a psychologically uncomfortable position.”

The Daily Mirror say Lazio do not want to sell him to Juve and that this has opened the way for Spurs and West Ham as well as Monaco.

Meanwhile. West Ham believe they could complete the £36m signing of Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho within the next week, again according to the Mirror.

The Daily Express claim Chelsea will give Antonio Conte £130m to spend before the end of the transfer window.

The Express say Conte will be given the money to keep him happy following reports the Blues boss is disenchanted with the club’s transfer dealings.

Valencia full-back Joao Cancelo, Leicester midfielder Danny Drinkwater, Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Southampton centre-back Virgil Van Dijk are once again mentioned as possible signings.

The Mirror say Chelsea are considering a late move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic.

The 28-year-old is wanted by Manchester United and the Mirror reckon Chelsea could attempt to snatch him.

The Mirror also say Chelsea are planning to make a formal bid for Van Dijk.

It is claimed that the Blues will make their move for the Dutch defender this week and will offer Southampton £50m.
