Meanwhile, The Sun reports that MLS side Los Angeles want West Ham striker Javier Hernandez and that Bournemouth have rejected a £5m bid from the Hammers for Harry Arter.

Following recent reports that Walcott could leave on loan this month, it is now claimed that Arsenal would be prepared to sell the England international.

The Daily Mail say Everton would be able to almost match Walcott’s current wages, reported to be £110,000 a week.

He has also also been linked with a possible return to his former club Southampton and the Mail say the Saints would be able to offer him less money but that he could choose to remain in the south.

The Guardian believe Manchester City have offered Arsenal £20m for Alexis Sanchez, while the Daily Mirror say Arsenal will have to splash out at least £90m to land Thomas Lemar from Monaco.

The Sun have picked up on reports in Argentina claiming that Arsenal are ready to sign Boca Juniors forward Cristian Pavon for £27m as a replacement for Sanchez.

Chelsea agreed to pay agent fees of around £7m in signing Ross Barkley from Everton, according to The Times.

And Crystal Palace want Atletico Madrid playmaker Nicolas Gaitan, the Mirror say.
