Arsenal and Spurs linked with Pepe

The Sun claim Arsenal and north London rivals Tottenham, plus the two Manchester clubs, are all interested in Real Madrid defender Pepe.

The centre-back, who won Euro 2016 with Portugal, is out of contract with Real in the summer and was previously linked with Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez is a target for Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.

While negotiations between the Gunners and Sanchez over a new contract continue, Corriere dello Sport claim Inter will move for the Chilean as part of a £128m spending spree.

That report is picked up by the Daily Express, who say Sanchez’s wage demands could force the issue in the summer.

The Daily Mail have again suggested that Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Reus has been lined up by Arsenal should Sanchez depart.

Germany international Reus, who has been touted for a move to the Premier League during successive transfer windows, only recently returned to action after injury.

And Crystal Palace are lining up a move for Norwich City’s Robbie Brady, again according to the Daily Mail.

They say new Eagles boss Sam Allardyce has made signing a left-back his priority and Republic of Ireland wide-man Brady – who can also play further forward – is high on his wishlist.
