Mauricio Pochettino praised the much-improved Moussa Sissoko following Tottenham’s 4-0 win at Huddersfield.

Spurs are still waiting for their first Premier League win at Wembley but have won all four of their away games this term.

England striker Harry Kane was their talisman again, scoring two of their goals against the Terriers to take his September tally for club and country to 13.

And Sissoko, who was poor following his big-money move from Newcastle last year, continued his better form by scoring after coming on as a substitute.

“I think he’s completely different to last season,” manager Pochettino declared.

“He’s more confident. When he arrived at the club it was without a pre-season and at the end of the transfer market. It’s difficult sometimes to settle quickly.

“The expectation is always high when you pay a lot of money, but he was very professional and I am happy for him.”
