A mystery Chinese businessman is discussing a £220m takeover of Crystal Palace, according to The Sun on Sunday.

The Sunday Mirror claim comments recently made by Wilfried Zaha were him hinting that he could stay at Palace.

He said: “I’m proud to be from here and I’m glad that I’m still here because it’s like, I’ve reached my dream.

“I’m still around my people, still around my friends, so I feel like you can do it too, you know what I mean? That’s why I’m proud to be from here.”

The Mail on Sunday claim Harvey Elliott – who recently became the Premier League’s youngest ever player – is set to leave Fulham, with Barcelona and RB Leipzig keen to sign the 16-year-old.
