Paper round-up: Pochettino and Sarri on Juventus’ radar

Mauricio Pochettino and Maurizio Sarri are both being linked with the manager’s job at Juventus.

Tottenham boss Pochettino, who was previously linked with Manchester United and Real Madrid, is now said to be on Juve’s radar.

So too is Sarri amid ongoing speculation over whether the Italian will be sacked by Chelsea.

The Daily Express claim both men are contenders for the job after it was announced that Massimiliano Allegri is leaving Juve.

The Times say Sarri will push Chelsea for a quick decision after the Europa League final because he and his coaching staff want clarity on their futures.

Arsenal are being linked with Hakim Ziyech after Ajax sporting director Marc Overmars apparently confirmed the Moroccan international will leave the Dutch club this summer.

The Sun declare that the Gunners and Manchester United are “on red alert” after it was confirmed that the player will move on – both clubs are said to have been watching him this season.

Overmars said: “He leaves when a top club comes. He is in focus because of his achievements in the Champions League.

“Many big clubs are buzzing around him. We promised Hakim [that we would] agree to a good transfer.”

Ziyech reportedly has a clause in his contract enabling him to move for £25million.

The Sun also claim Alexandre Lacazette, who has been linked with Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, will look to leave Arsenal if they lose the Europa League final against Chelsea and therefore miss out on a place in the Champions League.

And the Daily Mirror say Arsenal are close to the £10.5m signing of Argentina defender Walter Kannemann from Brazilian side Gremio.
