Wolves could miss out in race to snap up Chelsea youngster Abraham

German club RB Leipzig reportedly want to sign Tammy Abraham from Chelsea this summer.

The 21-year-old striker is currently impressing on a season-long loan at Aston Villa and has scored 21 goals for the Championship side this season.

He is wanted by Wolves, who tried to sign him in January and remain interested in a potential deal to buy him from the Blues.

However, The Sun say he could be the next young English player to move to Germany.

German clubs have been turning their attention to English youngsters after the success of Jason Sancho at Borussia Dortmund.

Sancho has impressed since being prised away from Manchester City, winning a place in the England squad and establishing himself as one of the most exciting young players in Europe.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich have been pursuing Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, who has made it clear he wants to leave Stamford Bridge.

Bayern tried to land Hudson-Odoi, whose contract expires in 2020, in January and are expected to target him again at the end of the season.

And it seems that Abraham could also be handed a potential move to Germany, having been unable to establish himself as a first-team player at Chelsea.
